The third module of the Quality Assurance (QA) Course, QA Staff, is now available on the E-Learning Academy (ELA). This module provides an overview of the QA process from the perspective of those who are conducting QA on case reviews being completed by reviewers using the Onsite Review Instrument and Instructions (OSRI) and includes three informational videos as well as three QA mock cases that learners can access via their own, personal Online Monitoring System (OMS) training site.
